One could say it is the company's 'Ikigai' - the Japanese concept that speaks of one's purpose in life; or 'a reason for being'. HOW WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE

‘Being different’ is not the
same as ‘making a difference’.

We focus on finding products suitable for clients - and not the other way round. We aim to help our clients establish their investment and risk profile, in a way that truly defines them. We endeavor to avoid the mistakes caused by and constraints imposed by organizational imperatives.
We actively collaborate and network to be true to our stand of being 'unbiased' and offer the best ideas from ‘across’ the industry.
We monitor the urge to constantly offer ‘something new’ to clients just to beat competition - because this usually complicates client portfolios in the long run. And what’s more, ‘something new’ need not necessarily be ‘something good’.
We maintain sharp focus, and strong controls on the advisory process, investment execution and on-going monitoring to avoid accidents in client portfolios.
We don’t look for Star Fund Managers - we look for a winning combination of a great institution, well defined processes and high quality teams. Instead of chasing just ranking of funds / strategies, we look for consistent all-round Quartile 1 - Quartile 2 performance for best long-term results.
We use past performance as a guide, not as condition enough for recommending a strategy, and we also don’t hesitate in making or taking forward-looking decisions / calls. We avoid over-diversification and keep track of all funds / products advised by us at all points.

Gaurav Arora

Founder & MD

Gaurav has wide-ranging experience of over 15 years in the Private Wealth Management industry in India across Product Management & Strategy / Investment Advisory / Family Office / Credit Structuring and Fund Management, and is among the country's top Wealth Management professionals. He completed his PGDBM from IIM-Bangalore in 2003.

Gaurav has deep understanding of various asset classes, and an acute sense of structuring innovative investment solutions for clients in varied market conditions. He has worked with, and helped some of India's top wealth management firms in setting up comprehensive platforms with high quality product offerings for clients, as detailed below:

- Chief Investment Officer, ASK Wealth Advisors Pvt. Ltd.

- Chief Investment Officer, Religare Private Wealth.

- Senior VP: Product & Fund Mgt, IIFL Pvt Wealth Mgt.

- AD: Investment Advisory, SCB Private & Priority Banking

Subramanian Venkateswaran

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Subramanian Venkateswaran (Subbu), spearheads operations and client servicing at Arthya Wealth and his primary role is to enhance client experience through seamless digitising across various processes in operations, client onboarding, transaction management and reporting.

He has over 18 years of rich experience in Banking and Financial Services. He has worked with ASK Wealth Advisors where he played an integral role in ensuring seamless operations and JM Financial Services where he was heading operations and service for the Wealth business. He has successfully led various large projects to enhance process efficiency, improve client experience and increase employee productivity. Subbu has also worked with UTI Mutual Fund, HDFC Mutual Fund and ICICI Bank where he has handled various roles across operations and client servicing. Subbu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and an E-MBA from Indian Institute of Commerce & Trade.

Bhaskar Bukrediwala

Head – Portfolio Management Services

With a focus on addressing the ‘need-gaps’ in our clients’ portfolios, Bhaskar leads Investment Strategy and Fund Management for the listed equity PMS strategies at Arthya.

Bhaskar has more than 15 years experience in capital markets, largely in investment management and equity research. Prior to joining Arthya, he was a part of the fund management team at ASK Investment Managers for 4 years, where he was managing more than Rs. 1000 Cr. AUM across two multi-cap PMS schemes and a large cap focused AIF strategy as Portfolio Manager. His expertise lies in identifying strong emerging businesses with superior compounding potential.

Prior to that, Bhaskar worked with CRISIL for more than 7 years as lead of the equity research vertical and was recognised with Outstanding Employee Award in 2011 for excellence in work. His strong equity research pedigree is spread across marquee institutions like Crisil, Edelweiss, CARE and Irevna.

Bhaskar is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA degree from T.A.Pai Management Institute, Manipal. He is currently pursuing CFA Program (US), and has cleared the second level. During his free time he loves to read books, follow sports and plays poker.

Prateek Dhoot

VP - leads Product strategy

Prateek will be leading product strategy and initiatives at Arthya Wealth and his primary role will be to bring best in class product ideas from across the industry for our clients.

Prateek has over 10 years of experience in wealth management industry across product management and investment advisory. Prior to Arthya, he was associated with ASK Wealth Advisors as AVP Products where he worked extensively on managing products across asset classes and performing extensive ongoing due-diligence on various managers/strategies. Previously he has also worked with Religare Private Wealth & Aditya Birla Finance (formerly known as Aditya Birla Money Mart).

Nasreen Qureshi

AVP – Client Services & Operations

Nasreen handles client servicing and is responsible for ensuring seamless experience for all our clients. She has over 15 years of experience in Financial Services industry. In her previous assignment, she was associated with ASK Wealth Advisors where she played a key role in enhancing client experience and providing customer delight. She is a self-motivated person and has strong people management skills which gives her the edge and the experience to provide exceptional service to all category of clients. Nasreen is a Pharmacist and holds a bachelor degree in Biochemistry & Chemistry from Mumbai University.

Atul Bakshi

Partner - Client Relations, Indore

Atul is a seasoned wealth manager with vast work experience of 16 years in private wealth management, having worked with reputed institutions like Citibank, Kotak Wealth and HDFC PBG. Atul has done his Masters in Business Administration from Indore.

With a track record of strong analytical decision making skills, he is comfortable in working in fast paced environment, adding edge to his core competence of working closely with clients on their investment portfolios.
